Being a business owner for more than 20 years and Pentagon 2000 Software expert users, provides us with in-depth knowledge of what is needed within organizations. We have performed most of the major implementations of Pentagon for the last 12 years. Therefore, we have learned the good, the bad, and the ugly of an implementation. Our specialty is in the MRO arena but we also maintain a material certification (CPIM). The implementations are a mixture of both commercial and military applications in all areas that Pentagon 2000 has to offer.

Development and/or control of the implementation project plan. We will be happy to develop a customized implementation plan and provide it to you and/or manage the plan. This is not limited to the implementation as it may contain additional projects. Project plans are normally provided in Project software, but can be exported to Excel if it is easier for your facility.

A software implementation is always a prime time to Re-engineer your current processes. The benefit of this Re-engineering is streamlining, which will provide you with better efficiencies. It will also make the implementation of the new ERP system easier as the processes will better align with the software.
